| Embarking on a expansive renovation of this historic farmhouse the clients requested a complete master plan for their overall residence. The comprehensive design focused on everything beginning from the approach of the driveway and preliminary site grading to development of a garden design capable of accommodating large gatherings while remaining authentic to the farmhouse setting. The clients were fond of water and wanted a natural looking water feature integrated into the outdoor garden. The garden design featured multiple locations for groups to gather while enjoying the outdoors. Natural stone was proposed throughout the garden design including significant on-site stone in order to create an aged look to the project.
